I watch way too many shows but a few to note that keep me sane are: The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Supernatural, Merlin,The Vampire Diaries, Once Upon a Time, The River, Robin Hood, Legend of the Seeker, Torchwood, Primeval, Angel, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
I love nearly everything medieval, supernatural, sci-fi, or just plain strange and I thoroughly enjoy foreign accents especially: English, Irish, Scottish and Australian. :D
